"Test Skin in Server"-Button in Inventory

Objective

Inspecting items in-game is very popular. Inspecting an item in a server provides a particularly accurate feeling of what it's like to own and play with that skin.
We want to add the possibility for extension users to directly connect to CSFloat's inspect servers from a Steam inventory to inspect a certain skin on a server.

Tasks

• Blocking: Scale up the current server capacities
• Add "Test Skin in Server"-button
  • Popup to select the server / map to connect to
  • Start game and connect automatically

I'm working on this one, I sort of assigned it to myself informally to try and implement this and also learn the code base and it's technologies, and I feel like I'm doing well with it to a point I can finish it up in the next few days.

Currently I got stuck after setting up the fetch handler successfully, when fetching the available servers from gs-api.csfloat.com.

Error from Service Worker:

Any short-term resolution that I can overcome this error locally?
(I can hard code some values to be able to continue in development is there isn't a quick fix)

Edit:
I understand this was designed initially with a blocking task of scaling server capabilities, therefore I went and followed the current design of inspected items must be listed in CSFloat first, otherwise - it'll not show the "Test In-Skin Server" button.

Hey @xarielah,
Thank you for your initiative in improving the extension.
This feature would require a few changes to our inspect service as equipping skins requires authentication (+ allow CORS).

Inspecting skins, which are listed on CSFloat, is possible in 2 clicks already ("listed on csfloat for ..." -> "test skin in server") hence the main benefit of this feature would be to inspect skins, which are not your own and listed on CSFloat (yet).

For that reason, we should probably delay this feature until our servers are capable of handling this additional load.
