What are the implications of emerging international standards on the C2 effort?

Considering efforts like draft ETSI EN 303 645 (ETSI TS 103 645) and draft ISO/IEC 27402, is there anything that should be modified in C2?  And what form would that take, is the change important enough to force a revision of C2, or could the change be put into an errata (minor changes) or annex (additions or substantive changes)?
