How to prevent the delayed printing of 100% line?

I have an issue where the progress bar final 100% prints after the progress bar close has been called and other print statements have executed. There is also a doubled up effect where a 99% line is followed up by a 100% line.

I had the same issue, calling refresh() fixed it.

@ebremer when exactly are you calling refresh()? Whether I call it before or after close(), the 100% line(s) always appears delayed.

About the duplicated 100% line, I raised #171 as it wasn't the main focus of this issue.
