有人反馈说，当他刷新后，废票数(localStorage.VC_inVote)没有保持不变，而是翻了一倍。更奇怪的是，在所有人的票数均为0的情况下，仍然存在有效票数。
Someone said that after refreshing the site, invalid votes (localStorage.VC_inVote) didn't keep, but doubled. What's more, when the votes of everyone are 0, there are still valid votes.
