Can we get an example to work in the k-modes chapter?

I wonder if a small accompanying example/diagram could be nice to flow with the narrative in this section (highlighting the problem with categorial data and the solutions). What do you think @daffidwilde ?

Ideas:

• Use the toy dataset from one of the preliminary write-ups
• A purely visual/diagrammatic example about moving between two polygons, and maybe then trying to move between a polygon and a "scribble"

Too difficult to figure out, and does not add much value.
