[Feature Request] Show project name on diff preview comment

Problem Statement

Currently, doesn't show target project name on diff preview comment. We have multiple projects set up in ArgoCD and want to clearly define which project the application will be deployed to.

Proposed Solution

In PR comments, indicate which project the target Application(Set) will be deployed to.

AS IS:

+ argocd-sample-app-gke-tky-dev
+ argocd-sample-app-gke-tky-prd

TO BE:

Total: 2 files changed

Added (2):
+ argocd-sample-app-gke-tky-dev (projectA)

It should probably be optional, so it does not clutter the diff output too much
