[latest] Could not find data file templates/uikit.html

Describe the bug

With the pandocker:latest, compiling slides with UIKIT fails with:

Could not find data file templates/uikit.html

(Gitlab CI, Makefile, pandocker just refreshed)

Steps To Reproduce

You have access to manuels #910

Additional context

A lead : the Dockerfile defines EASY_REPO, that points to https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ryangrose/easy-pandoc-templates/, that returns 400 Invalid request

The URL is valid, the template is available here

I think this is more a problem with pandoc and the UID of the user running inside the docker image
