Data for 2020?

Hi,

I see 2019 folder has a data folder with training and evaluation but 2020 does not have one.

Also, can you please point me to the a description of what those files are? Is there any place which is good for a beginner in this task? I find the related docs confusing. For example, I am not sure how train/dev looks like and evaluation has multiple types.

Any resource to get started would help.
