Use the system color palette

We will replace the default pink theme with a color taken from the system. Take the single source color and create a full palette out of it.

Use neutral colors everywhere (loading screens, etc) AND make icons and all other resources a solid fill with a neutral background. White in light mode, black (or dark grey) in light mode

The current MudBlazor theming system does not natively support this but we can extend it ourselves.

Remember to use Material Design 3 Expressive (SPEC_2025), not regular Material Design 3 (SPEC_2021).

There is a library https://github.com/albi005/MaterialColorUtilities but it doesn't support SPEC_2025. We could consider making our own library but it would probably make more sense to add Typescript toolchain and use the official library since we are already using Blazor and a web view.

The custom color will only apply to API 27+.

We will also remove the custom color picker from the calendar in order to create a more cohesive and simpler experience
