[suggestion] Toggleable option in pencil mode for quick note placement

One of the features of GBNote (and many other trackers) that has yet to appear in the Crystal Tracker is the option to quickly click to place notes of the last utilized length. It would be nice when working on sections of longer songs that consist of many notes of the same length to say, draw a singular eighth note and then be able to toggle on a "quick note placement" feature that places just eighth notes. To prevent mistakes, if it is toggled before a note is drawn, the user should be able to click and drag. The same keyboard shortcuts to manipulate notes should still be able to be applied, and following notes should be able to be placed at that last desired length too. Currently you can only click and drag.

There are 2 methods of quick note placement besides the pencil, both of which utilize the length of the previous note automatically:

1. Ctrl+D: duplicate the previous note at the playhead's current position.
2. Using the computer keyboard as a piano keyboard: described in Help -> Editing -> Placing Notes.

I know those methods are present. The computer keyboard feature isn't very wieldy, and the "duplicate note" feature is better served to niche circumstances. Most musicians I know that use DAWs software use almost exclusively the mouse to place notes if their computer isn't hooked up to an electric musical keyboard, and it's a common feature to at least have something to toggle it.
