Consider renaming Property to Signal

Signal is generally used in FRP publications for representing time-varying values. Perhaps it makes sense to rename Property to Signal. It's also doesn't overlap with the naming of class properties.

+1 For renaming to "Signal"! I think it would make it much more clear what it is. "Property" is too overloaded.

@jonaskello that's sort of my thinking as well. On the other hand, Signal is a bit academic.
