Replacing view for VoteBox with new UI

One of the major projects that we need to start undertaking, both from a security standpoint and for usability testing, is the refactoring of the voting session view. In particular, we need to take the new user interface that was designed and slot it into STAR-Vote as a process with which the Votebox model communicates. This will kick off a series of isolation changes to the STAR-Vote codebase where we work to create a network of processes that coordinate through websockets or the like.

Looking at the file structure, the main refactoring here will be in the VoteBox class. Currently this is tied to its model/view. This is about 1000 lines of code that will likely be reduced down to maybe a couple hundred with IPC handling most of the burden.

Two things that need to happen:

• The new UI needs to accept messages from the Supervisor console, such as override-commit/cast.
• The VoteBox class needs to start up the new UI and restart it when necessary. It needs to be able to take results passed back from the UI and properly handle them.

@Drazcmd, I will want to go over the structure of the existing code with you later this week so that we can plan our attack for cutting out the existing UI and replacing it. This is priority for the winter so that Claudia can run verification (i.e. webserver) experiments.
