EXT2 VBR only supports direct and singly-indirect blocks #1404
Description
This was probably a reasonable assumption done to save space. It doesn't actually need to support double or triple blocks to load KLDR, as it'll be sufficiently small. Regardless, we should probably fix this sometime.
