  Please set spatialType as one of these spatial feature types, i.e., QualityControl, GeneExpression, CellFraction, MostAbundantCellType, LRNetworkScore, Interface, GeneSetScore, SecretedProteinActivity, and SignalingPattern.

Showing cell type composition is a newly added function. Please install the latest version of SpaCET.

remove.packages("SpaCET")
devtools::install_github("data2intelligence/SpaCET")
