Log artifact build output when running with --debug #4205

Describe the issue
Sometimes it's valuable to see the output of the build process of the artifact. Currently it is only printed, when the build process fails. It would be nice to see the output of the build process when debug logging is enabled, e.g. bundle deploy is run with --debug
