Can i program example ctrl+pause for volume up? Or add othen button combination?

Hi like in subject, i remap my CapsLock to esc. using this py script.
My question is can i use example left control + other button or alt or fn together to remap example volume up down and mute?
This is possible or layer can let me only swap one button to another?
