Add debug/verbose mode

Add an mode for debug/verbose information. This mode should be activated by an flag (e.g. `-v`/`--verbose`) and use `click.echo()`.

Information to print
- Print the executed adb command
- Print the config file when read/saved
- Optional: Print the executed Click command and all parameters
