Sessionize Sync Update - Missing Fields

Sessionize now contains additional questions that we aren't extracting into the table store. These fields are needed by the agenda team to be able to "craft" an agenda.

Suggest that we do something like just have a dictionary serialized in the json that is stored with the Submitter and Submissions tables that puts everything in there so we don't need to keep updating it each year when @amykapernick changes the questions.
