Explore integration with lexicon community

https://github.com/lexicon-community seems to be emerging as a community resource for shared lexicons.

Instead of hosting the spec and lexicons In a separate namespace I wonder if we look to integrate with that project.

Some benefits might be

• increased descoverability
• increased interoperability with other lexicons. For example leveaging the same lexicon as smoke signals for events
• a standardized governance model ?
