Design lexicons for downstream impact and long term reporting

It would be good to have a set of lexicons that describe not just the outcomes of a deliberative process but the impacts they have on their communities / people.

This would have at least two use cases

1. Demonstrating impact of participation in democratic processes is essential to tackling participation fatigue

2. Tracking impacts in a standard way, when combined with the process model and outcomes, can allow us to start to systematically study the effect of different design choices on meaningful
