Lexicons for recruitment  #5

Description

@stuartlynn

Recruitment is a key and often neglected part of the democratic process.

It would be good to establish a set of lexicons that can help stanardize the way we invite people to participate.

This could either be through a sortition based process mediated through ATProto, an invite system or an open recruitment process

Allowing different tools to be built that populate the top of our funnel that leverage these lexicons have a few different advantages.

  1. We have a standard way of recording the recruitment processs which is essential in contextualizing outcomes of a process.
  2. Communities can reach out to their members in a variety of things ways or build their own recruitment pipeline
  3. We may be able to create privacy preserving sortition methodologies that allow the recruitment of a panel that meets some criteria and has equal opportunity of participation without exposing users demographics. Proven by some kind of zkproof
  4. App views could be built that give insight into the demographic distribution of a process without exposing individual demographic data. Proven by some kind of zkproof
