Client side Speed for download, upload & network detail instead of server side

Hi All,

I just checked this library functionality similar of my requirement and getting an similar output while i am using in local but when i deployed on server (**heroku**). it has given server speed detail for download / upload & network detail. so just asking you .. is it possible for client side response (upload , download, literacy) instead of server side in this library.
