Would be great to have ty support.

ty is an extremely fast Python type checker and language server, written in Rust. It's developed by the same folks that brought us ruff. Installation process should be pretty close to the already existing ruff feature.

Similar to #107, this feature could also automatically install the ty VSCode extension from https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=astral-sh.ty
