Add analytics and charts to user dashboard

What Is It

There are reasons we shouldn't implement this in MVP, but considering it as a feature:

• CodeRabbit hasn't provided analytics yet
• It costs at this stage
• Analytics is considered a big feature so we can do marketing about it
• We're still not sure what metrics users require to track

Metrics

• Total reviews made
• Total issues opened
• Total files reviewed
• Total chat responses
• Total spent TPM

Tech-stack

• Backend: Use Amazon CloudWatch and make handlers for sending/retrieving analytics
• Frontend: Call our APIs to retrieve analytics
