Declination issues at high latitudes

Describe your issue

I've noticed at that high latitudes (Kola and South Atlantic) the bullseye & BRAA calls are "wrong" - headings "incorrect".

I think the root cause of this is that Skyeye's code use great circle "Earth is a sphere" logic, whereas DCS uses "world is flat" logic.

You can try replacing usage of https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/paulmach/orb/geo with https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/paulmach/orb/planar, but this may still be wrong because the lat/lon coordinates in DCS aren't a grid, they're based on a Transverse Mercator projection onto the map. The game engine itself uses a separate flat-earth coordinate system for physics etc.
