Support Request: No voice but mic click

Describe your issue

Used to have Skyeye setup and running. Have come back to it and having a little issue.

Tracing turned on and I can see it is receiving and replying to my requests but in SRS, all I hear is a mic click and no actual voice with the reply. I'm thinking I'm missing something simple here. Logs seem good.

Any ideas?

Because I had it working in the past, I went and tested with old versions of both Skyeye and SRS without any change. Still just get the mic click with a second of static when Skyeye transmission is recieved.

Must be something on my end but cannot seem to figure it out.

Hi, just got back from my winter break. This might be hard to troubleshoot remotely, but some ideas:

• If you control the SRS server, turn on server recording and see if it can record the voice
• SkyEye logs would be helpful also

• I run the SRS server but do not see any option to enable 'recording'. There is however an option in the SRS client to enable recording but all it records is the click and static I hear client side.

• Where does Skyeye output the logs on Windows, don't see a log file in the Skyeye folder. Should I just redirect the output of the terminal to a file?

Looks like the newest version of SRS fixed some bugs related to audio loss, are you seeing this issue with the latest version?

As far as I can tell in the SkyEye logs things look fine, the only way I think to do more troubleshooting is by inserting debug code to dump out the synthesized audio data at various stages of SkyEye's audio processing pipeline to see if the audio is correct right up to the point where it gets sent to SRS. If it's still happening with the newest SRS client and server, then I can make a special debug version of SkyEye to do that.

I've tried the latest version of SRS installed on both server and client with the same results, just the mic click.
