Swift Package Manager Support

Hello,

I would like to ask you to support Swift Package Manager (SPM) for the iOS side of the plugin, along with Cocoapods.

The Flutter SDK has started the migration to SPM, and it will eventually deprecate and remove support for Cocoapods. Adding SPM support future-proofs your plugin.
