Dampf: simpler test implementation

The test implementation we built is very complex and fragile. Last time I tried it, it borked the network on my VM until I uninstalled docker.

I suggest a simpler implementation of testing: commands/functions to push/pop domains to /etc/hosts to trick localhost to redirect domains that are being tested to itself.
