Use `@theme inline` in tailwind.css

I was wondering, if tailwind configuration file tailwind.css should be implemented with @theme inline instead of @theme only.

We'll have a look at, but tailwind styles is not a priority right now.

If you wish to send a PR, you can find all code for this in packages/cli/src/tokens/output/tailwind.ts 😄

hm, adding this feature will be very easy, though it breaks Tailwind@v3 compatibility 🤔
@sudazzle thanks for a good suggestion! 🌟 I was unaware of this feature ☺️ I think we can make a "tailwind-compat.css" and a "tailwind.css", but also I'd rather avoid it to keep complexity for the consumer to a minimum if possible 😊 Do you experience any side-effects using Tailwind in your projects with the current setup?
