[Bug] Touchscreen progression bar seek gesture

Dear dev,

Thanks for fixing bug with volume slider in commit 697bf9b. I would be great to also have the slide gesture supported for progression bar as it causes bug.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Play a song
2. Slide the progression bar

Bug: Volume is set to mute

@Mitia99 Thank you for reporting this! So the volume control now works properly on a touch device? (I don't have a touch screen so I had to simulate the fix via Chrome developer tools). It would be great if you could confirm. Thanks!

@Mitia99 I've added a fix for the buggy behaviour in 1cf4e0e. Touch support for progress bar will be for later, as this will need more logic. I leave this issue open to remember it.
