Contribution dashboard v2

As a user I want the ability to view, edit and duplicate my contributions from the dashboard table.

New features (against v1 / #9):

• view/edit bulle: opens the edit screen for the selected bulle.
• duplicate bulle: opens the edit screen for the selected bulle but saves it as a new instance when saved (brouillon or public).
