make multiple sets of blocks available

Make it possible to select different blocks of trials. If a subject runs part of a block and stops, e.g., rather than re-run same trials, we can run a new block.

I've made a, b, and c versions of the inputs.

run_etholog_single doesn't pick - a version is hard-coded.
