Not working on version 11.1.4 on Mac OSX Lion

I cannot get this to work. I've tried 1.3.1 and 1.3 - I get the 'plugin failed to initialize and will be disabled - null' Intellij Ultimate 11.1.4

While I feel this may be a problem on my end, I am not sure how to troubleshoot as all other plugins (including coloride and colortree) work fine.

I have all newest OS and Java updates
