Is the actual code to convert MAML2Yaml available anywhere? Looking to create documentation with docfx and powershell, and this looks like what I need (also referenced at Windows Powershell Docs)

Hi. MAML2Yaml is an inner tool for Microsoft. It works as a library in docfx. So sorry that there's no public code.
This repo is a rather simple sample docset with the right configuration files and folder structure.
Is there a bug or do you need some new features in MAML2Yaml?
