Potential problem with the latest mysql docker build

I started getting this error on my dbmate migrations. I'm running it in a github action

I was pulling mysql:latest. I pinned it to 8.0-debian and the problem went away. FYI

mysql:latest is version 9.5.0 (aka "innovation"). You'll probably want to review "Upgrading & Downgrading" section of that blog post to see which upgrades are supported. I think you'd have to go to the next LTS (8.4) before being able to go to the innovation release.
