Application Error Cannot read properties of undefined (method toUpperCase())

Bug report

After updating to Docker Desktop 4.60 on Windows 11 (WSL2 backend), the UI fails to start and only shows an “Application Error – Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toUpperCase')”.
This happens even on a completely clean install (Docker data folders removed, fresh install, no custom settings or existing VHDX).

Steps to reproduce

Uninstall Docker Desktop.

Delete %APPDATA%\Docker and %LOCALAPPDATA%\Docker.

Install Docker Desktop 4.60 for Windows.

Start Docker Desktop from Start menu.

Expected behavior

Docker Desktop dashboard opens normally.

Actual behavior

Immediately shows a full–screen “Application Error – Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toUpperCase')” and nothing else.

We released 4.60.1 with a fix for this issue. Can you please give it a try?
