The Docker update dialog should allow to re-scan for newer versions #87

Enhancement description

When clicking on the update notification for Docker Desktop, I can install the new version right away. But sometimes, there is already a newer version available which the automatic update check did not yet find, so it would be great to be able to retrigger the update check to avoid first installing the discovered version and then afterwards doing another update with the newer update.

Example: Docker Desktop offered an update to 4.60.0 but when reading the release notes, I discovered that 4.60.1 was already out to fix some regression. Even though I knew there is a newer version, I didn't find a simple way to have Docker Desktop rescan for updates and hence first installed 4.60.0 and then 4.60.1 right afterwards.

Note: I am on macOS.
