Apple logo appears but no progress bar

Hello,

Just followed the installation steps.

I am getting the Apple logo on vm boot, but no progress indicator. Any tips?

Looks like there is some kind of issue with VMWare with UnLocker as the vm is not getting internet. After a few minutes I am getting this error
