[RFC] Da Vinci Prior Authorization Profile Implementation (CRD/DTR/PAS)

I'm adding Da Vinci IG support (CRD/PAS/DTR) to HealthChain to enable prior authorization automation use cases, particularly around the CMS-0057-F compliance deadline.

Looking for feedback from anyone who's implemented these IGs, especially on:

• Does the abstraction layer approach make sense for PA workflows?
• What compliance considerations am I missing?
• Any implementation gotchas or edge cases I should account for?
• Are there provider-side pain points this doesn't address?

HealthChain is open-source Python middleware that sits between AI/ML pipelines and EHR systems via FHIR/CDS Hooks. The goal is to make it easier to build clinical decision support tools without everyone reinventing the integration layer.

Appreciate any thoughts - technical feedback, use case suggestions, or even "you're thinking about this wrong" are all helpful.
