Alert on subscription status=past_due #19
Description
If a subscription recurring payment has failed, but it's still in it's grace period, the status value is past_due. The API is not clearing seat assigments, we treat the sub as active. However, we should make it visible on the UI that user needs to go to Stripe and update payment method.
