Add support for delaying all updates by some amount of time

I've noticed that the MLB games streamed on the mobile app are delayed by almost a minute. The scoreboard winds up showing events seemingly before they happen when listening via the app.

I'd like to add in a configurable delay so it syncs better with the mobile app (the way I typically listen to games).

I added support for this last year in 1f03d7a, although it's not configurable (see 7ce6322 and 6be8144 where I checked in changes to try and get it right for 2024).
