We should include a top-level UUID for an exercise - this is also relevant when tackling provenance-related issues later on

agreed. as discussed, this also allows us to cleanly identify/track both the exercise itself (i went running), and the resulting objects (in my case, automatic uploads to garmin and strava, i.e. two objects representing the exercise instead of just one).
