Bug: resolve-deferred-attestations script does not work

It always fails to locate the attestation even if it's there. Need to investigate whether it's about the logic of parsing / finding the log, or the TX hashes are somehow wrong.

All the missing attestations in the DB should be populated after the fix — they all exist on chain already.
