Sample file is opened empty

Describe the bug or feature
When opening this sample file, it is opened empty in Design. The information box provided after opening the file seems to want to report something, but is empty.

Step to reproduce an issue (omit for feature request)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• open sample file (remove the .zip extension - it is not a real zip file)

plan_view_unit_308.dxf.zip

• the file opens up empty (nothing is visible even after zooming to all or using Ctrl+A)

Expected behaviour
The file should open like this (screenshot from LibreCAD)

Looks like a text formatting issue:
