Add new Functions

[zerasul]

Use https://github.com/durangoretro/dclib project and update Durango lib:

1. Add to asm files the new Functions
2. Create the new interface function (in headers files).
3. add Documentation using Doxyfile sintax (javadoc like).
4. Check the library is created using makeFile (make)
