Expand environment variables in config files #436
Description
Allow expanding environment variables in cecli.conf.yaml.
Added benefit of making it easier to share configs to help debug, so no worries of forget/leaking sensitive values.
Note: cecli does support .env files, but what i'm looking for is mainly for MCP authentication in the cecli.conf.yaml
