error speedtest@ setup: npm ci && lerna bootstrap #50

When I test to run
npm run setup I receive the error :

> npm ci && lerna bootstrap


Usage: npm <command>

Specify configs in the ini-formatted file:
    /root/.npmrc
or on the command line via: npm <command> --key value
Config info can be viewed via: npm help config
