handling critical apparatus with CETEIcean

@hcayless Thanks for the terrific workshop last week! I'm working on rendering some versioned 19th-century plays (like this one, which I output w/ the workshop implementation of CETEIcean here):

How can I adapt CETEIcean (or what do I need to add) to handle my app crit markup? I'm working on transforms of this play anyway and experimenting with reading interfaces for a presentation at the end of this week (and ahead of a workshop at the end of this month), so I plan to be experimenting with this stuff pretty shortly.
