Tau from Power App #2

We had a clarification question about the code. The "Treatment Effect Size" (tau from ui.R) seems to just be the difference of means. In the server.R code, the mean of treatment group is 60 + tau and the mean of control group is 60 (see mu_t= (60 + tau), mu_c=60). We were just curious... why the 60? Why not just mu_t=tau, mu_c=0 because in the helpers.R code, it seems like it's always taking the difference between these.
Also we had to play with "Treatment Effect Size" because we had initially put in Cohen's d as effect size and had to look into the code to realize it was a difference of means. Would it be possible to get clarification in the label?
