Question from source - messages identifiers

I tried executed SendMessage funciton and return message that is sent!~

var sentMessage = await client.ExecuteAsync(new TdApi.SendMessage
                    {
                        ChatId = targetChannelId,
                        InputMessageContent = new TdApi.InputMessageContent.InputMessageText
                        {
                            Text = new TdApi.FormattedText
                            {
                                Text = messageText.Text.Text,
                                Entities = messageText.Text.Entities
                            }
                        }
                    });

I take this message and pull it into database. But when i try to take this message with GetMessage

 var verMessage = await client.ExecuteAsync(new TdApi.GetMessage
                    {
                        ChatId = targetChannelId,
                        MessageId = sentMessage.Id
                    });

throw exception Not Found! Then i tried to get last message from source and check this message with GetChatHistory

var messages = await client.ExecuteAsync(new TdApi.GetChatHistory
                        {
                            ChatId = targetChannelId,
                            Limit = 1
                        }
);

And some times returned messages that difference between ids is +1 (from source), some times it Ok!
What is wrong?
